It is customary to visit the the graves of the righteous on Erev Rosh Hashana and pray there, as the resting place of a righteous person is an opportune place to beseech the Almighty.
For a group of men from Brazil, traveling to the Rebbe’s Ohel gravesite on that day was not an option, so they spent this past Shabbos at the Old Montefiore cemetery in Cambria Heights, Queens.
These members of Chabad in S. Paulo flew in accompanied by 3 of the city’s Chabad Shluchim – Rabbi Dovid Weitman, Rabbi Eliyahu Rosenfeld and Rabbi Dovid Goldberg.
Together, they davened and held hours-long Farbrengens at the Ohel Chabad-Lubavitch Center hoping for a sweet new year.

Since Dovid Goldberg came to Brazil we started to feel the Rebbe here! He is totally dedicated to the Rebbe and fellow chasidim, we love him. Areal Chosid a Ohav Yisroel May Heshem give him strength to continue to illuminate S Paulo with Chassidos and Yidishkeit!!
Living here in Brazil I see first hand how Rabbi D. Goldberg is a real behind the scene guy, gets things done and has no interest to appear. Believe me when some thing gets done here, you could be sure Dovid Goldberg is behind it.

Like always Rabbi Dovid Goldberg the driving force that makes thins happen prefers to remain unseen. He is a real Chosid with only the Rebbe on his mind. I personally know hundred of yidden he brought closer to the Rebbe and yidishkeit!! Even though you are not seen you are present to us all!! Ye’Chi Dovid Goldberg!
The ZOHAR says that T”Zatikim are not found in their graves on Shabbos & Yomtov. So someone please clarify why anyome would be there on Shabbos. Did the Rebbe ever go to the Rebber Rayatz On Shabbos or Yomtov.
