you are correct in saying about the carper, but the table and couch was there!
Correction: The red carpet was indeed not there (that was placed there after תשנ”ד. However the white couch was indeed in the home before תשמ”ח ans it was in the other room (with the red carpet) which was then the living-room.

I think it important to point out in order to avoid any confusion or misconceptions that when the Rebbe and Rebetzen lived there there was no fancy couch or fancy red carpet or table

you are the best hc ever; I know.- I was in camp with him last year. he is da bomb. so chasidesh and so normal and realy does wat it takes to give kids a good time in a chsidish way.
