The article is wonderful but I feel it presents a confused, incorrect and inappropriate view of Satmar. Nobody was more pained about Moshiach’s delay than my Rebbe the Divrei Yoel ztz”l. You can mamish feel the heartbreak and longing in all the Rebbe’s sfarim. To tell the story you told is confusing to people. Satmar is at the vanguard of Jews who “Await His Coming Every Day” in machshavah and maaseh. There isn’t more mesires nefesh to bring Moshiach from any group of Yidden than there is from Satmar and the Yerushalmerers who go after the Heileger Divrei Yoel fin… Read more »

Yasher koach to Moshiach Weekly for interviewing some respected Mashpi’im about what our focus should be on Gimmel Tammuz. I always enjoy reading the Weekly but the article “From a Doctors Office to Beis Chayeinu: The Story of 770” and the extensive article about Rabbi Marlow a”h really top it off!
