How do you portray new musical arrangements to soul-stirring and uplifting Chabad niggunim in a promo clip? Do the same with paintings.
Production company Olan Media has created an interesting trailer for “Chabad with Moshe Laufer – Volume II”, a new album of wordless niggunim by the legendary Jewish composer and conductor.
In the short clip, the classic painting of chassidic life in the Jewish shtetl by the late artist Zalman Kleinman are brought to life as a motion picture.
It was created by Aaron Orian with the help of Daniel Netanelov and includes footage from the recording of the niggunim.
The album was produced by Levik Touboul and is available in leading Judaica stores worldwide.

I hope that the director and principals of our schools here in Crown Heights will somehow find a way to ensure that our children are not exposed to non-Jewish music at class events such as Bas Mitzvas. I understand that it is not the school organizing these events, but it is a terrible situation where over and over at Bas Mitzvas, goyishe music is being played.
