A heartwarming Pesach was shared at the Veranda Palms development in Kissimmee, Florida. Hosted by Zalman Rudd of Miami Beach and his family, the guests joined for minyanim and kiddushim after davening. Yidden from all walks of life were brought together.
Hailing from Boro Park, Toms River, Crown Heights, Jacksonville, Aventura, and New Haven, there was an amazing sense of achdus, inclusiveness, and warmth felt by all.
Hatamim Shalom Bonnardel, who is a Bochur Shliach in Yeshiva Gedolah in Miami spent much of his time teaching chassidus including all night Shvii Shel Pesach.
On the first days of yom tov, an enormous amount of joy was brought to a not yet religious family who came to shul. The man who was shocked to see chassidim walking the streets and asked if there were Jews around. The only answer was to bring him to see it for himself. He danced, farbrenged, and got to experience a taste of Pesach along with his children.
Chol Hamoed started off with a heartfelt Kumzitz featuring singing sensation Eli Marcus and Guitarist Archie Rabi and lasted into the wee hours of the morning.
There was a Mariachi night as well as a carnival with petting zoo and and pony rides on erev Yom Tov the second days for the kids, leaving smiles on everybody’s faces.
Possibly the highlight was the end of Yom Tov culminating in a beautiful community Moshiach Seudah with over 80 people attending. The achdus and uplifting singing, interspersed with inspirational stories lasted well after yom tov.
An additional Shabbos was spent together and was concluded with homemade pizza, acrobatics, and a fireworks show.
A special thank you to all who participated in making this Yom Tov special. A big thank you to RORE Investing for contributing to the special programs and kiddushim.
And a big thank you to ARI Development and Investing for making it all possible.
