Make sure the will is K'Halacha

There are halachos involved in making a will. they aren’t necessarily complicated, but one has to make sure they are followed.

As far as life insurance goes, it is very important. Take the time to take care of it!

On the one hand it is saying one leaves making a will till one feels one is ill and likely to depart from this world, which maybe quite difficult to do then,on the other hand it is a segula for long life to make a will. So when is the correct time to make a tzaavoh

If someone is going to write a will they should go to a competent lawyer. Otherwise it likely won’t be done in accordance with state law and will likely be invalid.
