Mrs. Chaya Tziviya Grossman, a longtime Crown Heights resident and wife of R’ Yaakov Grossman OBM, passed away on Monday, 9 Tammuz, 5777.
She was 84.
Mrs. Grossman moved in recent years to Israel, to be near her children.
Mrs. Grossman (nee Lipsker) is the sister of Mrs. Batsheva Feigenson obm, whose family just completed Shiva mourning this week.
She is survived by her children R’ Yossi Grossman – Boro Park, Mrs. Chana Margolin – Kfar Chabad, Mrs. Leah Tenenbaum – Petach Tikvah, and Mrs. Nechama Rivkin – Kfar Chabad.
She is also survived by her siblings, Zehava Perlow of Crown Heights, Rabbi Zalman Lipsker of Philadelphia, Menachem Mann Lipsker, Yosef Yitzchak Lipsker, Psachia Lipsker and Motti Lipsker of Israel.
She was predeceased by her daughter Mrs. Rochel Trebnik of Kfar Chabad.
The Levaya will take place today, leaving from the Rivkin home in Kfar Chabad.

Mrs. Grossman helped us mend our clothes as children. I remember buying shabbos clothes from her for my little sister. I always saw her as calm and never pressuring. BDE

Mrs. Grossman was a really sweet lady. She was much older than me, and I looked up to her as a women whose midos tovos I should emulate. I missed her when she moved away, and am saddened to hear that she has passed on.
To her sister Mrs. Perlow, and the rest of the family,, my heart goes out to you, having lost 2 previous sisters in as many weeks. May you be comforted immediately with the coming of Moshiach when your sisters with be with you again.
