The Chabad Global Giving Day is in full force over at https://www.charidy.com/cmp/chabad with six winners of $1,000 each already announced.
Last night at 10:00pm EST, Charidy.com launched a series of computer-generated raffles―every hour on the hour―until midnight, for a total of three raffles and six winners thus far.
Every donation made to a participating organization during those times generated one entry into the raffle for the selected campaign.
The winners are as follows: Chabad of East Lakeview, Chabad of Oakridges-Aurora, Chabad of Carnegie Mellon University, Chabad of Scottsdale, Chabad of Chatsworth, and Chabad of Sacramento.
Each of these winners won an additional $1,000 to their campaigns from Charidy.com.
Yesterday, in a bold and surprise move to increase rewards for all participating organizations, Eli and Fraida Nash announced that they would be giving $5 for every credit card donation of $36 and above for the next 5,000 donations in the Chabad Giving Day. Read more about it here.
