Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Jacobson, spiritual leader of congregation Bais Shmuel in Crown Heights and one of the most sought-after speakers in the Jewish world, has thanked Evangelicals for supporting Israel.
He was invited by Building Bridges, a Christian Jewish pro-Israel organization, to address Evangelical Christians and Jews at the university of Vermont on the terror in Israel.
Jacobson analyzed the situation in Israel from a historical, psychological and political perspective, inserting his famous humor and anecdotes. The rabbi received a standing ovation at the conclusion of his 80 minute talk.

The support from the Christian Evangelicals is extremely important and crucial in these difficult times, however, much caution and consideration needs to be given to the hidden agendas of many of these groups including CUFI and others is that Jewish people who go to these events get on a mailing list and are then invited to events at Churches etc. They are very careful at the Washington summit for example to avoid any mention of Oso HaIsh, but at local events, prayers are made in his name, and having Chabad Rabbis there can potentially cause more harm than the good… Read more »
