A 12-year-old boy, a student at the Chabad Talmud Torah in Emanuel, was pulled out of the public pool in the community of Emanuel in Samaria on Tuesday night.
Rescuers and paramedics from “Magen David Adom” arrived at the scene and performed resuscitation procedures on him, during which his heartbeat returned. He was transferred to the mobile intensive care unit of the IDF.
Magen David Adom paramedics Daniel Ben David, Nitzach Tirnem, and Dudi Gutman performed the resuscitation procedures. The boy remains in critical condition.
“It is a 10-year-old boy who was pulled out of the pool by the rescuer when he had no pulse or breathing – during the resuscitation procedures, his heartbeat miraculously returned,” they said.
“Afterwards, he was transferred to the IDF’s mobile intensive care unit for further medical treatment, as his condition is currently severe and stable.”
On behalf of local Lubavitchers and the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak education network, a call was made to daven for the recovery of the boy.
His name for prayer is Elimlech ben Galit Esther.
