35 Shluchim who serve on college campuses around North America gathered this week for a two-day fundraising seminar in New Jersey as part of the Chabad on Campus Strategic Initiative Coaching Program.
This revolutionary peer-to-peer coaching program, directed by Rabbi Avi Weinstein of Chabad on Campus International Foundation (chabad.edu), pairs campus Shluchim with their fellow Shluchim who serve as their coaches. Under the guidance of professional sales trainer Mark Wilensky, the Shluchim follow an intense goal-oriented program aimed at increasing fundraising and productivity.
In addition to interactive workshops and goal-planning sessions, the Shluchim participated in an inspiring farbrengen with Rabbi Mendy Herson, Shliach to Greater Somerset County, New Jersey and a Chassidus shiur with Rabbi Elimelech Zweibel, Mashpia in Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim in Morristown.
The Strategic Initiative was established by Rabbi Yossy Gordon, Executive Vice President of Chabad on Campus International Foundation, to provide support to the 175 Chabad Houses on campus in implementing guidance from the Rebbe on how to strategically increase their success on Shlichus.
