Motivational speaker and author Kivi Bernhard is being aired on the ABN television station, a sister network of CNBC that is broadcast to 28 countries and is regarded as one of the top 5 television business channels.
The original interview took place last year and is currently being rebroadcast as part of an exclusive “summer selection” of business interviews.
While Bernard is a regular interviewee on business shows on major stations, this interview was most unusual not only because it is globally syndicated, but it is also generally reserved for known economists and highly sought-after financial academics.
As the Atlanta Lubavitcher himself puts it, “I am neither, but I am a holy Jew and I guess was chosen by Hashem for this unique opportunity to sanctify His name in this way.”
Bernard, who was in Cape Town, South Africa for corporate speaking engagements, was interviewed by Godfrey Mutizwa, a leading financial journalist well respected in the European and African business communities.
Bernhard is well known to many Chabad Shluchim through the “outreach” speaking that he does at Chabad events. He is the son of the Rabbi Nachman Bernhard of Johannesburg, a world renowned congregational rabbi for over 45 years and chossid of the Rebbe.

“Vrau kol omeiy hoaretz…”.
I love the other guys accent!
Seeing a yarmulka on tv is always amazing. Such a kiddush Hashem!
I have heard Kivi speak before, pretty impactful and resonating! He is especially good in Chabad Houses with non frum businessmen because he intertwines Chassidus and bussiness and they can relate to what he is saying.
Its nice to have a frum yid like Kivi making a kiddush Hashem out there. Heard him speak before and it was incredible.
kivi is an all-star Oletayrenik to boot!
