On Motzei Shabbos, at approximately 7:00PM, a house in the Crown Heights neighborhood was burglarized while the residents were not at home. The perpetrator took off with some valuables and fled.
Overcome by sheer greed, he soon returned for more, but this time the owners were home and immediately called Shmira hotline.
After a brief pursuit through the back alleys by Shmira members and victims, the perpetrator was apprehended and then placed under arrest by responding 71st Precinct police officers.

As good as Shmira is, they can’t always every single time, catch every single criminal.
Remember, even this guy was caught, *only* because he came back a second time.
Also he might go to some other neighborhood where there may be some frum yidden living, but not necessarily protected by Shmira.
As long as justice is so easily pushed aside by the liberals running the system, there is not much incentive for those with criminal intent and desires, to ever try doing things honestly.

Even if he gets released quickly thank God we have SHMIRA and in case where he will commit a crime again they will be there to arrest him.
