The largest yeshiva in Europe, Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch Brunoy, a suburb of Paris, has opened the academic year with a record number of 370 students coming from all over the world.
The students entering Shiur Alef were welcomed by Menahel Rabbi Shmuel Brodowicz, while those entering shiur Beis and Gimmel were welcomed by Menahel Rabbi Yoel Edelman. This year, the yeshiva has welcomed about seventy new students from around the world, under the leadership of Rabbi Zalman Segal and the Menahel Klali Rabbi Yitzchak Nemenov.
The yeshiva boasts top-notch teachers and mashpiim, and the high demand for admission is a testament to its reputation.
This year, the Yeshiva Gedolah Shiur Gimmel students are privileged to have Shiurim from the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yechiel Kalmanson, whose Shiurim are renowned throughout the Torah world.
The yeshiva’s Menahel Gashmi, Rabbi Mendel Gurevitch, notes that the yeshiva is experiencing a period of expansion and construction. New classrooms and even a new mikvah will be built this year to meet the yeshiva’s growing needs.
