Shneur Minsky, owner of restaurants in Brooklyn and Upstate New York, is expanding to open a new kosher dairy restaurant, a counterpart to the popular Bison and Bourbon Steakhouse which he acquired in 2019.
“Bass and Bourbon” is the name of the an upscale dairy restaurant which is planned to be opened next month in Red Hook, the industrial port section of Brooklyn, right near the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.
Partnering with Minsky once again is Chef Lior Hachmon, formerly of Pescada Carne Restaurant in Brooklyn, and the current chef at Bison and Bourbon and the Starlight Cafe in upstate New York.
Hachmon is currently creating an elevated and exciting menu for Bass and Bourbon. It will include fresh fish, pastas and more.
The new restaurant is located at 113 Hamilton Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, and has seating capacity for 300 with a full rooftop area with a view of the Manhattan skyline.
