The next song from the new Chizuk project was released overnight. This amazing project was brought to you by known philanthropist, Jeremy Strauss and musician Eli Gerstner, who came together to heal through music.
Music can provide a lot of help and guide us and give us strength, they said.
Gerstner is producing an entire album of songs focused on Chizuk, which includes this new release “Chessed”, featuring music star Avraham Fried.
The new song, composed and produced by Gerstner and arranged by famed Israeli arranger Yoeli Dickman. “Dickman always brings a beautiful layer of musical beauty to the songs he arranges,” says Gerstner.
New singles with additional top name artists will be coming every few weeks. This project is a free project, for the people to be able to get strength.
Gerstner tells us “We are offering this entire album free of charge, as chizuk to the community.”
We all need to get through these tough times, and with top-notch singers on board, and Eli’s ability to constantly offer surprises and incredible productions, the Chizuk Project offers something for everyone in the community, right, left and center.
The song is based on the words of Gemara Brochos 60b: “Of kindness and Justice do I sing; to You, Hashem, do I sing praise. If I am dealt kindness, I will sing; and if I am dealt Justice, then too I will sing.“
