Shiur alef of the Mesivta in Argentina traveled to the waterfront city of Chascomus, which is 68 miles from Buenos Aires and located on the shores of a famous lagoon, to spend a 6-day winter vacation.
It was an initiative of the bochurim that wanted to have a Chasidishe winter vacation with lots of achdus.
With the support of the Yeshiva’s hanhalah, the shluchim Chaim Meir Garelik, Moti Moscowitz, Sholem Tawil, Ber Chaim Arkusin, and the mashpia Mendy Blumenfeld organized a beautiful trip, which was very successful.
The bochurim studied chasidus in the morning, then davened Shachris. After Shacharis, there was more Torah study.
The group then enjoyed all kinds of activities such as playing soccer, a walk through the countryside, and visiting the old city of Chascomus with its famous lagoon.
The boys enjoyed boating in the lagoon, a barbeque and many more activities.
