The Aliya Institute of Crown Heights enjoyed its 10th annual ski Shabbaton last week, spending the weekend in the mountains, thanks to the Eichhorn family who generously allow the use of their beautiful vacation home every year.
Most of the members who came were given free trips as rewards for their attendance at Aliya shiurim and minyanim.
Aliya has learning for its members almost every night of the week, including the new JLI course “Amazing Facts,” and Chavrusa and Sushi on Monday nights, where members are paired with 770 bochurim and community Balei Batim.
The annual trip was another amazingly beautiful and inspirational Shabbos.
One member commented, “It was the best weekend of my life. I don’t know why I never attended an Aliya Shabbaton before.”
