Aharon Abba Monroe, a resident of Crown Heights, passed away on Wednesday night, 1 Shevat, 5784.
Aharon Abba was a Ger Tzedek who lived in Crown Heights for the past 10 years. He gave a Tanach shiur at Aliya every Shabbos.
He was known as an extremely intelligent person who was very well versed and well read in many subjects. He took life seriously, and had a goal to change his life around, and he did that regardless of what other people would have said, and strived to do what is right.
He worked at the after school program at Lubavitch Yeshiva for many years, teaching wood crafting as well as stop-motion animation to the boys. He worked for a number of years on creating animated educational videos for children as well.
He loved everybody unconditionally, and accepted everyone he met for who they were.
He is survived by his daughter.
The levaya took place today, with burial at Beth David Cemetery.
Shiva for Aharon Abba will be at 543 E New York Ave. left door from 4-6pm today with Mincha and Maariv for his holy Neshama.
