Mrs. Rivkah Chroman, a longtime resident of Crown Heights, passed away on the first day of Rosh Hashana, 5778.
She was 81.
Mrs. Chroman regularly attended shiurim in 770 and Machon L’Yahadus in Crown Heights. She was well respected and loved by all those who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter Rodi and a son.
The levaya will take place tomorrow, Sunday, passing by 770 at 10:30 am.

Rivka bas Chaya Rochel
Rivkah was a very lovely, Chassidishe person with an unusual gift for color….in the way she dressed, the way she served her friends, and in her artwork. She once designed a tambourine pin which I wear to this day. She once made a beautiful farbrengan during which she recounted the way they made shmurah matzah long ago, I believe was in the time of the Rebbe Maharash or Rebbe Rashab. It was so exciting the way she told it. May she bless us and help us to bring Moshiach now.Boruch Dyan HaEmes.

Bde. Levaya is 10:30 Sunday morning in front of 770. During Rebbe’s minyan which Rivka attended daily over the years. May we have the Geula Shelama immediately.
