Mrs. Bella Gurwitz, a longtime Crown Heights resident, passed away on Thursday, 1 Tammuz, 5775.
She was 90.
Mrs. Gurwitz, nee Shmukler, was born in Leningrad, Russia, and emigrated to the United States after her marriage to R’ Tzvi Gurwitz.
Her husband passed away 15 years ago.
She is survived by her children Michel Gurwitz – New York, Esther Eber – Crown Heights and Berel Gurwitz – Crown Heights, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many of whom serve as Shluchim around the world.
The levaya will take place tomorrow, Friday leaving Shomrei Hadas at 12:00 pm and passing by 770 at 12:45 pm.
Shiva will take place at 387 Crown Street, Brooklyn, NY.
