Over the past 10 years, the Chief Rabbi has been a frequent guest at Chabad Midtown’s Fifth Avenue center.
At a breakfast following shacharis, Rabbi Yehoshua Metzger, Director of Chabad Midtown thanked him for his many years of friendship to Chabad institutions all over the world.
