“Bayom Hahu,” Yisroel Amar’s new CD, is set to be realeased this week, and will feature entirely-original compositions from producer Yitzy Waldner and Baruch Levine with help from the Moshe Roth Choir and guitarist Avi Singolda.
Hemmed in the ways of the Hassidic traditions, Yisroel Amar’s tracks range from the upbeat pops to the deepest of ballads, promising to tell a story of becoming and living every day and sing every song in the shadow of the greatness that resides above us with an English song. Helping with the lyrics comes the famed lyricist Ken Burgess keeping the message on point.
Yisroel Amar, who won the Junior division of A Jewish Star Season 2 singing competition, released his first single a few months ago, Gam Zu Le Tova, which distributed 10,000 copies through select locations including Judaica outlets throughout the United States. “Bayom Hahu” will feature more compositions from Yitzy Waldner and Ian Freitor.
Order the CD here, which will be arriving in stores starting this Tuesday!
