If you park your car on Kingston Ave for more than an hour you will get a summons. The sign reads one hour parking and the cops are desperate to met there quota.

if you double park during the alternate side thing, LEAVE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IN THE WINDOW so if the person you are blocking wants to get out, they will be able to call you to get out (and you could then take their spot).

Unless im mistaken it would appear that it says “FYI Just wanted to let you know the read (drivers side) passenger door was open, so I locked/closed/shut it for you”??
It would be nice if that were correct and no ticket was given just a nice courtesy and note, but what are the odds?

From the context it appears that the rear passenger door (on the driver’s side) was open so I (the police officer) closed it for you……
