Ive never seen such a big Levaya in California ever! There was close to a thousand people there! What an incredible person! Its hard to find one being with all the special traits he encompassed! He had tremendous intellect, humility, and kindness! We love you Rav Mendel and you will always be in our hearts!

A very large crowd gathered at Cong. Levi Yitzchak in Los Angeles where the Levaya began.
The place was pact, with a large number of people standing outside the Shul. The Shul filled with Chabad, non-Chabad and lots of his Mekuravim. Many Rabonim and community leaders attended as well.
