An evening of inspiration will take place tonight, Monday, marking the Shloshim of Dr. Yaakov Hanoka obm.
The event will focus on the importance of Torah learning, and will include speakers Rabbi Binyomin Klein, Rabbi Nissan Mangel and Dr. Hanoka’s son Rabbi Yitzchok Hanoka.
Following the speakers, the children of Dr. Hanoka will begin the writing of a new Sefer Torah in his memory.
The event will take place at 8:00 pm the Beis Medrash at 580 Crown Street in Crown Heights. The Sefer Torah writing will begin at 10:00 pm.
Men and women are invited to attend, dairy desserts served.
