On Tuesday night, March 29, a grand Siyum HaRambam took place in the Yeshiva Centre – Chabad Headquarters of Sydney, Australia.
Men, women and children attended a seudah to celebrate the occasion.
A very special moment was when Hatomim Asher Feldman, student of the Sydney Mesivta, son of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Feldman, Menahel of the Yeshiva Gedola, and grandson of Rabbi Pinchus Feldman, Head Shliach of the Rebbe to NSW, Australia, made the public Siyum and Hascholoh, beginning again study of the Rambam’s Mishneh Torah.
Words of inspiration and blessing were said by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Feldman, Menahel of the Yeshiva Gedola and Rabbi Pinchus Feldman, Head Shliach of the Rebbe to NSW, Australia and other members of the community.
As representative of the Cheder Chabad, Sydney, Hatalmid Yehudah Leib Kaye publicly made the siyum on the Sefer Hamitzvos – the book of Mitzvos of the Rambam, followed by Bentching over a cup of wine.
