I thing that its Yud Shvat in middle of davening. Ose Shalom. I am in the picture and based on those around in the picture as bochrim it is middle 70’s

it looks like the Rebbe is saying ose shalom at the amud–not “entering the shul”
Based on some bochurim etc in the picture it looks the early 70’s
