Hundreds Don Tefillin at March
Thousands of youths from all over the world participated in the "March of the Living" to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Poland. Chabad used the opportunity to encourage participants to put on tefillin in memory of those who were murdered. Photos

You are an absolute disgrace. These Bochrim are out there doing more to bring light to this world than you will do in your lifetime. How dare you criticize what they are wearing. Shame on you. My grandmother spent 12 months in Aushwitz, I promise you she couldnt care less what they have on , but that mitzvot were happening in such a place. Shame on you.
what difference does it make what they wear? I think their spirit and intentions should matter and not their attire.Must everyone always perform as “showtime”?
It’s true, but they wouldn’t be able to put on Tefilin in Auschwitz on Asara B’Teves.
i dont understand
didnt the rebbe say that we shouldnt be reminded of the shoa in the month of nisan?
because they thought that only non chasidishe people spend their time online looking to critic
if they would know that a chasidishe people like you sit with your hat and jacket in front of the computer they would have got dressed for you.
This is a true Kiddush Hashem. However, one question that begs to be asked… Why could the bochurim not be dressed as Chassidishe Bochurim, like with black hats and jackets????
Gives me chills to see this. Putting on tefillin as proud Jews in this horrible place.
Now I ask you – who won?
