there is a minhag not to put tzedakah

once a chosid gave tzedaka at night his chaver told him we shouldent do it, he asked the friedeker rebbe, and the rebbe answered that dont worry if he is trying to stop you giving tzedakah at night he probably give by day either

It may be that he questioned saying tehillim at night . I don’t think anyone has a minhag not to give tzedaka at night.
