If justice was finally executed, what issue is there with posting positive comments. Why do you always have to be antithetic?

Think before you post
January 27, 2009 7:56 pm

and if you cant think, dont post. But all you people saying Didan Notzach etc, did it ever occur to you that you may actually be HURTING Mr. Rubashkin?

Good news
January 27, 2009 5:19 pm

This is a good start, but we all know he has a huge battle ahead. Keep davenning, saying Tehillim & writing letters of support. I am sure that we will all rally round & do what we can to make sure Mr. Rubashkin never spends another day in jail.

NO SEUDAS HODAHA?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hopefully the decision by the District Court addressed the issue by the Magistrate Judge that he is a flight risk due to his dual citizenship.

Due to the travel of this matter, it is incumbent upon the Jewish community to continue to show its support for Agriprocessors and the Rubashkin family. He still has to spend time and energy preparing for trial unless some type of plea bargain can be arranged which would be just under the circumstances.

I think the family has suffered enough.

Thank G-d

January 27, 2009 5:27 am

Yes, that is my legal opinion. Moving forward, he is up against a big fight which he may, or may not CH”V, win.

As a personal choice, I would flee to Africa. I’d rather live there than end up going back to the slammer. I would not fault it against someone who wants to live out their life in peace.

The only thing is, it would screw a lot of things up for all the rabbis and families that have come forward.

You are a real idiot-that’s all you can say at a moment like this!!!

good for his family but he is not off the hook
January 27, 2009 4:59 am

To all the responding with the dumb Didan notzach respond i must say, this is a small step in a very very complicated case in which he will need alot of help from a good team of lawyers and from G-D and not necessary in this order
Just let the process take it’s course and hope for the best

Vayter ...
January 27, 2009 4:21 am

Let’s just hope he doesn’t run and screw things up. I know I would run to a place with no extradition agreement, but there is a lot on the line here.

this is good news,
January 27, 2009 4:19 am

I am so happy that he is released, instead of sitting in a jail, he can now be with his family.

THANK G-D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
