This Labor Day Weekend, spend time with your family at an invigorating, rejuvenating retreat brought to you by the hosts of the extremely popular Chanukah Getaway Retreat.
The retreat will be taking place at the Courtyard by Marriott in Waterbury, Connecticut.
On the agenda in will be inspirational lectures and shiurim by renowned international speaker Rabbi Manis Friedman.
An inspiring Shabbos will culminate with a Kumzitz with international singing star Benny Friedman.
Attendees can expect to be wined and dined in style by Meisner’s Gourmet Catering. There will be a lavish tea room open 24 hours.
The luxurious facilities of the recently renovated Courtyard by Marriott offer exclusive hours for men and women at the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. A state of the art fitness center and spa are located on the premises.
Day camp will be included in your stay. Babysitting options will be available.
The event coordinated by Chabad of Northwest Connecticut is expected to sell out. Previous getaway weekends were sold-out successes with many satisfied return customers.
Participants are invited to join the nearby 20th annual JewishFest free of charge on Sunday, September 3 from 12-6 pm and Monday, September 4 from 10-4 pm.
Admission to the festival is free for retreat guests. The JewishFest will feature a concert by Benny Friedman and Israeli singing star Sandy Shmuely, traveling Noah’s Ark petting zoo, moonbounces and Jewish crafts.
The festival is located at the White Memorial Conservation Center at 80 Whitehall Rd in Litchfield, CT.
