The daily Sicha has been around for the past 28 years. It was started by Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Gurary from Montreal. He started it after Gimmel Tammuz to strengthen our hiskashrus with the Rebbe.
The goal and mission of the daily sicha is to connect Yidden on a daily basis to the Rebbe through hearing a short 10 minute (approximately) sicha of the Rebbe, connected to that day. Sometimes it connects to that day’s chitas, rambam, Yoma Depagra etc.
Listening to the Rebbe’s voice every day is very powerful and uplifting. In addition to the audio, there is a transcript of the sicha word for word, making it very easy to follow along.
2 years ago, the Daily Sicha Project completely remodeled their website and app. They also added a new amazing feature – the transcript was translated into english in a very professional and high quality manner. Now that the sichos are translated into English, many more people who don’t understand Yiddish or Hebrew can listen to the Rebbe’s holy voice daily, and follow along with the English transcript.
Many Yeshivas and shuls play the daily sicha after maariv and print out the transcript for people to follow along.
Now that we are approaching Gimmel Tammuz there is no better time to connect to the Rebbe by listening to The Rebbe’s holy voice every day.
You can find the daily sicha on their website – thedailysicha.com
You can download the daily sicha for free in the appe store.
The daily sicha can also be accessed in spotify and all other major streaming apps.
Please consider having your local shul play the daily sicha after maariv or between mincha and maariv. It’s completely free to download the audio and printouts.
