2,000 at Argentina Celebration

Over 2,000 children attended a Lag B’omer celebration held at the Abasto Shopping mall, one of the largest shopping malls in Argentina.

Children from 13 Jewish Schools participated in the event, which included a rally and pesukim recited by representatives of each of the schools, live music and a show by the local Yeshiva bachurim directed by Rabbi Shloime Taubenfliegel and Nissi Deitsch.

The event’s MC Rabbi Shiele Plotka introduced Head Shliach to Argentina Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt, who inspired the chidren with his message.

The children then split to 4 groups and rotated between “Neverland” (an indoor amusement park), the children’s Museum, a game show displayed on a mega screen in the Hoyt’s theatre and a gourmet lunch.

The event was a major success and unbelievable demonstration of unity.
Special thanks to the Bachurim and Shluchim of the yeshiva and Mesivta, the girls of the Chabad High School, and Yungelite of the Kollel for their dedication.

The event was organized by Chabad Lubavitch of Argentina, Directed by Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt.
