Within one month of catastrophic occurrences, ten young orphans were tragically left completely alone.
Just one month ago, the father was hospitalized due to a life threatening disease; leaving his wife Sara with the task of single handedly caring for their ten children ages 6-20, without any financial or emotional support.
Three weeks later, Sara suddenly collapsed in front of her children, and after several days of battling for her life, she passed away on Thursday the 25th of Tishrei.
Rabbi Menachem M. Gluckowsky who was involved in helping the family from the beginning of this crisis, has assumed the responsibility of caring for their emotional and financial needs.
To make this task possible Rabbi Gluckowsky has established a fund that aims to raise 1,000,000 Shekels ($275.000) for the future stability of the Mekler family.
