Hundreds joined for a grand Menorah lighting on Chanukah in Barcelona, Spain, held at the center of the city at Plaza S. Jauma, near what once was the city’s Jewish quarter.
The event was organized by Shluchim Rabbi Dovid and Nechama Dina Libersohn and was honored with the presence of Mr Pere Aragones, president of Catalunya and other leaders of jewish communities in Barcelona who were invited to join.
The large crowd enjoyed Jewish music and doughnuts and were addressed by Rabbi Libersohn. The public display of pirsumei nissa was a source of Jewish pride for all in attendance.

Friday we walked with about 30 Jews to the Rabbis Apartment on the 6th floor for Shabbat Dinner
