Eshel Hachnasat Orchim has been a pillar for the Rebbe’s guests for over fifty years, receiving special blessings from the Rebbe throughout the years. The effort to host the young men, women, families, and guests from all over the world is immense but is carried out with dedication and care, offering not only physical meals but also a warm and uplifting atmosphere filled with the festive spirit.
Thousands of guests are hosted in the large sukkah that was specifically set up to accommodate the growing number of visitors. The young men and boys are served in the spacious sukkah, while the women and families use designated halls and sukkahs at the Eshel building. Every effort is made to ensure that each guest’s needs, both physical and spiritual, are met, in line with the Rebbe’s teachings on Hachnasat Orchim (hospitality).
The residents of Crown Heights are once again invited to participate in this great mitzvah of welcoming the Rebbe’s guests and ensuring their wellbeing.
