A special Commemorative Issue of the COLlive Magazine was published on Friday paying tribute to Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, of blessed memory, a champion of Shlichus and service of the Rebbe.
The 80-page magazine can be read online and will be available in Crown Heights in time for Shavuos next week.
