Award winning photographer Marc Asnin was on press in Italy for the printing of The Oracle: Portraits of Rebbe Mendel Schneerson.
The coffee table book, published by Redux, is the first of its kind on the Rebbe and is composed of Marc Asnin’s pictures of the Rebbe photographed for the 1992 New York Times Magazine cover story on the Rebbe.
“Through photographs and personal reflections,” the book cover says, “The Oracle examines that moment, the man, and the Chabad movement that he built into an international juggernaut.”
