Being a parent of high school girls, we know how stressful it can be to find a summer program that is both alluring for your daughter but at the same time is safe and most importantly – a chassidishe environment.
Motivated by this, we aim to provide a once in a life time travel opportunity to travel Argentina – the greatest country in South America – and grow in ruchniyus as well.
This once-in-lifetime trip is for English speaking girls completing 9th or 10th grade. Our camp dates for 2024 are July 01 – July 21.
During the 3-week trip, the girls will have the opportunity to get a real taste of Argentina. They’ll tour breathtaking natural landscapes across the beautiful country. The camp will fly to the beautiful provinces of Salta and Jujuy known for its beautiful mountains and canyons, travel the Iguazu waterfalls that was awarded as one of the 7 wonders of the world, the hot springs of Concordia and tour the city of Buenos Aires hometown to the largest Jewish community in South America and known as the Paris of South America.
Among the features of the Argentina travel camp will be its balance between Hashem’s wondrous natural creation’s and manmade architecture and adventure. From hikes through picturesque landscapes to star-gazing under clear desert skies, from rafting to zip lining, horseback riding and jeeping, the camp instills a profound love for the natural world.
Being that the camp is directed and run by a family, the environment is a family one. Rabbi Yisroel and Miriam Kapeluschnik are known for their abilities to connect to people of all ages. The staff at the camp will have the same qualities. This approach will lead to a summer of lifelong friendships, meaningful experiences and personal growth.
The camp’s diverse range of activities ensures that there’s something for everyone. Whether it’s participating in team sports, honing creative talents, leadership opportunities, exploring their talents or connecting with ruchniyus, every day at Argentina Travel Camp is a chance to grow and build valuable life skills.
Along with the beautiful scenery, the girls will have daily Shiurim and the opportunity to visit local shluchim, hear their stories, volunteer and experience authentic Shlichus.
The girls will be staying in beautiful lodgings in each city with all the amenities and will be served delicious and nutritious kosher l’mehadrin meal.
In 1982 Rabbi Yisroel and Miriam Kapeluschnik went out on shlichus to Concordia, Argentina.
With the Rebbe’s brochos, under their guidance, they have led camps for boys and girls of all ages, administered Morasha hebrew schools and orchestrated Merkoz Shlichus throughout Argentina. Rabbi and Mrs. Kapeluschnik have touched thousands of souls.
Due to their administrative, travel, teaching and shlichus experience, they are uniquely qualified to serve on the board of advisors to ensure a safe environment that will have a positive impact on your daughter.
Mrs. Tzirel Andrusier is a daughter of the Kapeluschniks. Together with her husband, Rabbi Mordechai Andrusier they moved to Pembroke Pines, Florida in 2005 to open a Chabad house and teach in the local day schools.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Tzirel has become a sought after educator in the Miami area. She is loved by current and former students. She currently teaches 8th grade girls in Lubavitch Educational Center and serves as the mechaneches for the 8th grade. In addition, Tzirel organizes and leads the 8th grade in their programs, graduation trip and fundraising.
