The Rebbe stressed that every effort should be made to bring all Jewish children, girls, boys and even infants, to Shul on Shavuos to hear the Aseres Hadibros.

Whoever organizes this beautiful initiative needs to make sure the shul has a minyan to read Aseres Hadibrois at the designated time because unfortunately I know of a shul previously with good intention advertised a time but there was no minyan and no one to read. A mother came and went home disappointed:(
