Does Rabbi Zippel really know anything about the Satmar community? I work in williamsburg. Although there are many wonderful people in the Satmar community,I don’t believe a victim stands a chance of being believed or supported by the “Rabbonim” or other leaders in the community.

Thank you for such a clear, clean and inspiring interview. As a fellow survivor you really told me the things that I need to hear. 1 being that we are believed and 2 that we don’t need our perpetrator to be plastered all over and behind bars inorder to heal. My abuser is a close family member, and I don’t even want to see his name all over nor see him in jail… But I need to heal. And hearing that it can be done is encouraging.
