As Oholei Torah celebrated its grand Chanukas Habayis for its new Mesivta building, Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm, long time Menahel of the Mesivta, was honored at this great milestone.
Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm himself was from the first students of Oholei Torah Mesivta when it was first established in 1965. It was under his leadership that the strong foundation of the Mesivta we know today was built.
Rabbi Wilhelm has always been dedicated and devoted to the Mesivta bochurim. He encouraged bochurim to invest in their davening and their Avodas Hashem. He would organize different Mivtzas to encourage bochurim to keep growing in their learning.
“It was an honor for the Board of Directors to honor Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm for all that he has done for the Mesivta,” says a member of the Board.
Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm is a true pillar of Chinuch Al Taharas Hakodesh in every sense of the word.
May the zechus of Rabbi Wilhelm’s commitment to the Chinuch of our children be a source of bracha for gezunt and arichas yomim.

I remember, we once had him teach us a Maamer from Likutey Torah, [as our teacher was absent]. It’s now, 27 years later, I still remember it, cause of the great enthusiasm he had, while teaching us!
His love for learning and Yiddishkeit – came out in every way
