* When Yagdil Torah opened the doors of its Heichal HaLimud eleven years ago, it was decided to emphasize learning exclusively, from 6:00am- 2:00am each and every day of the year, with our user-focused library, comfortable Heichal Hallimud and light snacks.
Recently, with the well attended number of attendees and the evolution of the Heichal, Yagdil Torah has decided to include davening- a chazzan and one minyan per tefillah (starting with the schedule mentioned above)- as a way to attract more people. We expect that once someone stops in, they’ll stay to learn or else come back at another time. In particular, learning chassidus before shacharis (iy”h a shacharis is in the works) is a great way to prepare for davening and the day ahead.
Great idea
Perhaps there can be a place when we can know what time is davening
How about a late maariv at 10 or 11 people could come before or after to learn as well
Please don’t use the place for davening. Many of us have only a bit of time to learn after work and can’t afford to wait after maariv is over to continue learning. You can find a miniyan till late at night in 770. Let’s keep the heichal a beis midrash only
Mazel tov lots of Nachas
My grandsons learn there all the and really enjoy it. Hatslacha Rabba
