Time to change the name of the event

As beautiful and meaningful as it is to have an event at which the older generation spends a quality evening with their offspring, unfortunately, not every boy has a father to bring to the event. Why cause ill feeling? A simple solution is to change the name. Instead of Father & Son, be sensitive and call it Multi-Generational Event, Dor l’Dor Event – or any other name you come up with that doesn’t specify Father. Its “insensitivities” like what you are suggesting that is creating the twisted Woke Culture.
long term this child will experience a lot more painful experiences by not having a Father, however understanding his own situation will help him grow and conquer the world VS just feeling like a helpless victim all his life

why don’t we try Strengthening and Gearing him up to create a better future for himself VS trying to shield or hide the true reality of the world
