The Bais Binyomin shul at 680 Montgomery Street between Kingston and Albany Avenues in Crown Heights has recently been reopened for ongoing operation.
The shul has been one of the many around the neighborhood and across the nation which has been closed since the breakout of the Covid-19 pandemic.
They have now reopened with strict guidelines in place to practice social distancing according to the recommendation of health officials.
The shul has now been open for Mincha and Maariv davening (bizmana) and on Shabbos morning at 10:15 AM.
Starting on Monday, Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, the daily Shachris minyan will be taking place at 8:30 AM.
The shul’s gabbai R’ Laima Minkowitz stated that the shul is spacious and has plenty of room to keep social distancing. “We welcome new mispalelim in our friendly atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to daven,” he said.

The big question of the day. There have been many small minyanim. Besides the distancing issue, Covid19, etc. We have nebach many many aveilim that want to be able to daven for the amud and say kaddish for their loved ones.
