Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, under the leadership of Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, held a special Farbrengen on Sunday 29 Teves.
The farbrengen marked the Siyum Hakaddish, the end of the 11 months of the reciting of Kaddish after the passing, of the legendary Mashpia Rabbi Zalman Baras obm.
All members of the Hanhalla attended and the main focus was “Vehachai Yitten El Libo”.
It was pointed out that the shiur Tanya of the day was Perek Chai, which is one of the chapters that Rabbi Baras would teach every year. Many took the hachlata to learn that Perek by heart by the Yahrtzeit in approximately 1 month.
