Tonight marks 15 years since the passing of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Raskin OBM.
Rabbi Raskin was a renowned Shliach of the Rebbe for 44 years in Casablanca. With great self-sacrifice, he gave all of his love, energy and spiritual guidance for the Moroccan Jewish community.
