120 Bochurim in Brunoy Yeshiva recently completed a six month learning project, learning 4,500 Perakim of Tanya and taking bi-weekly tests.
The Mivtza ended with great success, with 60 bochurim passing all the tests with flying colors, and the top 40 participating in a general written and oral test on the entire 53 Perakim including all the Rebbe’s Heoros on Tanya, at one time.
Participants in the final oral test were Mendel Eidelman – first place winner, Dovid Gutnick – second place winner, Chaim Wagner – third place winner, as well as Mendel Gurary, Menachem Saritsov, Mendel Stern, Mendel Lerner, Avremi Weisfise, Yisroel Sosover, Leibel Simpson, Mendel Dahan, Reuven Naparstek, Mendel Segal, Mendel Kolsky, Sruly Gold, Mendel Hendel (NY), Levi Levin, Shmuel Uzan, Levi Vorst and Mendel Hendel (BA).
