A Sefer Torah has been commissioned by the Lew family honoring their parents, Rabbi Shmuel and Rebbetzin Hindy Lew of London.
Rabbi Shmuel and Rebbetzin Hindy Lew have been icons in the world of Torah transmission, and in their more than 50 years as Shluchim in the UK, they are an example of the living Torah, impacting Jews of all ages, worldwide with their commitment, passion, energy and joy.
The Lew family is dedicating this Torah as a lifetime representation of this. The initial reserve has been met recently by the family, in honor of their 50th Anniversary and 50 years of impacting Jewry in The UK and worldwide.
As the Torah’s writing nears completion, the family is giving the opportunity to the worldwide community to join in the tribute and participate.
